Since her start in theatre in the Northern Nevada area, Wendy Claine has worked hard to gain experience through performance, backstage work, writing, and directing. She has had her own work seen on stage through many venues in the Reno, Nevada area including Bruka, Good Luck Macbeth, Damonte Ranch High School, and Reno Little Theater. Wendy has been seen on stage in productions such as The Wolves (Good Luck Macbeth), The Untamed (Bruka), and bare: A Pop Opera (Mercury Momentum). She has studied through the Damonte Ranch Performing Arts Center (PAC Program, degree with emphasis in Drama) and The Institute of American Musical Theatre (Creators Program). Wendy has taken to mainly creating new works for the stage and strives to create a space filled with authenticity and material that goes against the traditional framework of stage shows.
